Replacement Process

If the item is deemed defective, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Address

The return address is located on your order and will depend on the manufacturing location. Please only use the following addresses for product returns and not for all other types of correspondence (notices, letters, etc.) correspondence sent to these addresses will be returned to the sender.

US and Mexico fulfilment centres are returned to our Charlotte facility:
